Intuitive Technologies, Inc.
has been providing Digital Data Management Solutions since the early 1980's. Starting
as a solution provider and consulting firm for major pharmaceutical companies,
Intuitive Technologies, Inc. has evolved into a Digital Data Management System developer
for all sizes and types of businesses. Our modular software, the patent-pending
Intuitive Technologies
product line, is dedicated to helping businesses organize and archive their data
by working smarter, not harder.
In 1991, we opened our
scanning bureau to provide a service for companies who needed a solution to their
paper problem. As companies were still relying on paper documents for information,
we realized people could do what they've been doing for years - photocopying -
and permanently save a record of the copy for archival at the same time. Hence
the birth of Intuitive Technologies module Archive,
a software tool which replaces your photocopier by utilizing the scanner and printer.
We have since made the progression to digitizing and organizing not only paper
documents, but any type of data documents, faxes, pictures, audio files, videos,
application files, annotations, and COLD data.
In today's hectic business
world, we realize having the additional task of interdepartmental archiving is
an ineffective use of time, resources, and productivity. Therefore, all our systems
are designed so that existing employees can be trained to use the system in less
than twenty minutes. And, the Intuitive Technologies product line is scaleable
to meet the exact needs of your company or department.
Until now, systems have
been based on tools to "build" the system on a system-by-system basis. In order
to build the systems, the process of incorporating network integration services,
input device compatibility and the definition of storage standard conventions
