They use ’s ability to use their existing scanners to Scan, Copy and Archive Documents to make copies of the documents and archive the documents in a single step.  As all the company’s documents are copied during the workflow process,  allows them to archive the documents with no extra effort. The Company uses NoteIT to keep a running, time stamped and dated, record of client and other conversations and e-mails.  This capability gives Sales and Administration teams visibility to the current status of any project.

Furthermore, the  has unique features such as DisplayIT which allows the Company to quickly display and modify a copy, the archived copy can never be modified, the digital data and save it in any format; and .  AnnotateIT, which allows the users to put Notes, Digital Stamps, Highlighter and Markups on any digital document, photo or cut sheet. These annotations are overlaid on the document they do not change the original document, this allows for an unlimited amount of annotations on a document. Any users with the proper security code can review the annotations as required.
